This was our 3rd stay at NH City Centre. Again, we were impressed with our room, location and the friendly staff especially Sri at Breakfast. I met a fellow Australian who had been stranded at the hotel for 8 weeks due to a holiday mishap (her story to tell). She relayed to me the wonderful and caring treatment she had had from the staff and management during her time of need and distress. I was blown away by what she told me and I wanted to let others know that this establishment goes above and beyond the expected. NH is a hotel with heart in the heart of the city. We will be returning next year!!

I had a wonderful stay at the NH City Centre Hotel in Amsterdam! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the excellent service and the stylish, comfortable room. As a special guest of the day, I was thrilled to receive a free upgrade to a larger room with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect for exploring Amsterdam, with many attractions just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is standard Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

I stayed here with two other friends in a 3 bed room and we had a good time! It was super central to everything in the city, staff were attentive and rooms were clean/very satisfactory. We didn't participate in much in the hotel so can't speak for breakfast or food, but our room was clean each night and staff were helpful during check in. Easy to store bags before checking in and before departing. Good selection of drinks/snacks available for purchase in lobby. Bike and umbrella rentals available.

the room was fine the location is perfect the breakfast is wide range variety and the staff in the dining room is most cordial and fun and thoughtful. (SRI and who I call her sisters made the entire experience a happy one she and the ladies are sincere and hard workers the omlette lady as well all most courtesy and kind!! also a lovely young woman at the front desk with beautiful eyes was a true Hotelier she has great guest services she is a natural!!

We walked everywhere: flower market, ann frank’s house, monument of jewish names, canal cruise, shopping, train station, red light district, de 9 straajtes, etc. We had a room with canal view and it was beautiful. The bed was comfortable but the pillows not so much. There was a mini fridge, hot water to shower, a/c, and a closet with hangers. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.
